Before you ask.

How big a request fits into the free tailoring?
One or two smaller, well-defined requests: typically a report, a rule or an export format. On the scoping call we tell you exactly what fits; for anything bigger we send a quote.
When will it be ready?
After you approve the plan, typically within days, certainly within the first month of your subscription, so you see the benefit and not just the promise.
What if I'm only on a monthly plan?
The onboarding help (setup, import, training) is still yours. And the custom build comes two ways: free alongside the 12-month plan, or as a one-off paid build without any commitment; we'll quote a price on the survey call.
What happens to my custom build if I cancel?
It works until the end of your account, and you can export your data and take it with you at any time.
Can I ask for it during the trial?
We run the scoping call during the trial so you can see what you'd get. The building starts when the annual subscription begins.
